About Me
My background
I am a Track and Field Coach from California, that ran at the High School and Collegiate level. I was inducted into the high school Hall of Fame in Track and Field in Frankfurt, Germany. I am a certified Track and Field coach who have been coaching for12 years and counting. I have a true passion for the sport. I have coach numerous of athletes who became state champions, and all who were interested in pursuing track on a collegiate level received scholarships to D1 universities. In my years of training, several were All American Athletes. My goal is for every athlete to obtain a scholarship for college.

My Winning Philosophy
I believe in Respect and Sportsmanship first; I hold every athlete accountable, responsible, and to a high level! My athletes are to maintain good grades at all times. My pitch phrase is "From the Ground to The Podium." As a coach I love to take a kid from the ground and coach them to podium. My catch phrase is "Don't worry about winning, focus on competing, this will set you up to win."

2025 sUMMER tRACK aND fIELD
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY !!!!!!
The times will change as the temperature rises(6-7:45 pm). Please be on time to get your children if you are dropping them off.
Please do not sign up for this programif you are not going to be committed. The sport requires a lot of running, if not all running. Please don't come to practice complaining about the heat and running. The tempartures reaches in the triple digits and we will have to compete in these temperatures. Therefore, make sure this is something you want to do before you pay your money. There's ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND ONCE YOU PAY. Parents you are responsible for entry fees, lodging, travel, and meals for your athlete. Due to the extreme heat in the summer, pleasse hydrate every hour leading up to practice. Stay away from the sugary drinks, sweets, and a lot of bread. Please, please, please, hydrate . DO NOT EAT 3 HOURS BEFORE PRACTICE. The food will come back up do to the work-outs. This program is different from your school practices. Parents if you don't have time to bring your child to practice please don't sign your child/ren up.
In order for your athelete to be successful in this sport it will take discpline, dedication, order, and them giving 100%. All communication will be communicated through WHATS APP.
Track Rules
Ceratin things will get you dimissed from the program and they are as followed:
- Disrespect
- Cursing /cussing
- Excessive absentences
- Bullying
- Parents coaching from the sidelines. The athletes are to listen to the coaches when it comes to track. You pay us to coach your child.
- Refusal to do the work-out or follow instructions.
- Non-Payment
PARENT MEETING
Parents are required to come to the parent meeting on May 7, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. We will meet at Shakespear Park on the side closet to the Vaughn Rd entrance across from the dog park. Atheletes will not be able to attend the practices without the parent meeting.
FEES DUE DATE
Fees are due by May 19th, 2025 ( no exception.) I have to have enough time to order the uniforms and get them back before our first meet.
